Koi Shui Aquatics guarantees all koi fish purchased from us to arrive alive and in perfect health. If any fish ordered from us, does not arrive alive and/or healthy you must notify us by phone or email within 4 hours of arrival of shipment.

Koi Shui Aquatics is not responsible for customers pond water quality (i.e. Ph, nitrates, nitrites, ammonia, insufficient oxygen levels, parasites, viruses, bacteria) and/or inadequate acclimation.
All orders are to be made through email or phone call for verification purposes.
Any orders placed in California are subject to a 9% sales tax

Discounts are offered for orders over $2000.00.
A minimum order of $300 (excluding shipping) is required. Shipping is sent next day air. Shipping rates vary from state to state. No returns are accepted.
In the event of an arrival of a dead koi we will replace the koi at no charge or refund your money at our discretion
